Mike Starrett

Mike Starrett serves as Chief Commercial Officer, Ocean Winds North America. Prior to joining Ocean Winds in 2023, Mike worked at Avangrid Renewables across their Northeast and Mid-Atlantic offshore wind portfolio. He has also worked in energy policy and grid system planning in the American West and Pacific Northwest regions. Mike has a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and was an adjunct faculty member teaching courses in electric machines and drives.
