February 12, 2025
The American Offshore Wind Academy, in partnership with MassCEC, is developing targeted programs to empower interested and emerging minority or woman entrepreneurs (MWBEs) to succeed and become leaders in the clean energy space. Take our 5-10 minute survey to help shape these valuable workshops, skills training, and networking opportunities. Help us build a stronger, more inclusive clean energy future!
We are establishing a training program for MWBEs seeking entry into the offshore wind sector, focusing on entry-level and experienced women-owned businesses. This initiative aims to increase diversity and inclusion within the clean energy industry, foster economic growth in underserved communities, and contribute to a more sustainable future. Through targeted workshops, skills training sessions, and networking opportunities, this program will empower minority and women entrepreneurs to succeed and become leaders within the clean energy space.
Are you a minority or woman entrepreneur (MWBE) interested in the burgeoning offshore wind industry? Take our 5-10 minute survey to help shape these valuable workshops, skills training, and networking opportunities.

This form is intended to understand from a company perspective what are the most in-demand roles (internally and as external contractors) so we can design the most appropriate programs to develop a strong and equitable workforce for projects that power Massachusetts, New England, and beyond.
