About the Role
As a Course Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing course content, schedules, and communication with attendees and instructors. You will assist with course logistics before and during the course and coordinate with external partners to oversee course delivery from end-to-end. With this role will have the opportunity to access over 50+ courses and learn from highest quality SMEs on each topic related to offshore wind.
Qualifications
- Current enrollment as a graduate student in a relevant field such as offshore wind, renewable energy, environmental studies, business management, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft professional emails, communicate effectively in virtual meetings or presentation settings, and maintain accurate records
- Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to track and manage numerous tasks and responsibilities simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Technological proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and other relevant software, with a willingness to learn new tools as needed
- Experience in administrative roles or with project coordination is a plus
- Demonstrated interest in offshore wind, sustainability, or renewable energy.
